In partnership with our client, a leading global device manufacturing company, we are actively searching for Sr Level Call Center Support to deliver on our commitment to serve patients.
Responsibilities
+ Place outbound calls to customers as instructed by the client
+ Take inbound phone calls from customers
+ Triage needs of customers
+ Provide in depth customer support
+ Handle customers escalated from other call center agents
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Prior customer service experience required
+ Experience scheduling with customers required
+ Working knowledge of the medical/hospital setting required
+ Experienced handling escalated/unsatisfied customers required
+ Use of SAP and Salesforce (preferred)
+ Working knowledge of Microsoft office: Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word

The potential base pay range for this role is 28 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
