Daily and Monthly call center reports such asCall center phone reportsAgent performance reportsAgent’s observations reportsProvides customer support by responding to questions and call backs concerning customer trips, including no shows, cancellations, missed trips.Investigate, respond, and address Call center Customer ComplaintsTrain/mentor other call center leads and Agents.Coaching, training, and re-training of AgentsAnswer inbound Customer call.Create and provide training material to Agents.To qualify as a Call center Supervisor, you’ll need: High school diploma or equivalent 5-7 year’s of call center experience Excellent verbal and interpersonal skillsProblem solving and analytical abilitiesExcellent customer service skillsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
