Job Title: Call Center Scheduler
Location: Dallas, TX 75206
Compensation: $18+/hr (DOE) | Temp-to-Hire
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Thursday (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM) & Friday (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:Schedule Office Visits, Diagnostic Exams, and Procedures in a high-volume settingAnswer and manage multiple phone lines efficientlyMaintain and update physicians' schedules with accuracyEnsure patient data is entered correctly into the systemProvide exceptional customer service and assist patients with scheduling needsPerform other administrative duties as assignedQualifications & Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume medical schedulingPrior experience in a medical office or healthcare call center settingStrong ability to handle a heavy patient volume while maintaining accuracyProficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems; eClinicalWorks experience is a plusStrong computer skills and familiarity with scheduling softwareBilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not requiredExcellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills
