The Call Center Representative directs calls of clinical nature to the appropriate clinician in a timely manner and may be responsible for department specific duties such as assisting callers with referrals, registrations, interpreter services, scheduling (i.e. transport requests) and/or other office duties as assigned. CCRs may assist with data entry, messages, and maintenance for all call center services offered. **Education and/or Experience** + High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. + One year certificate from college or technical school and/or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience in clinic, hospital, and/or customer service related position preferred. **Work Schedule** + Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm; 80 hours every 2 weeks **Pay** The hourly range for this position is listed below.
