Call Center Representative

The Communication Specialist is at the core of the Answering Service Center and performs services for these multiple hospitals, clinics and physician groups throughout WMR.  The Communication Specialist has three primary areas of responsibility:

Perform duties as a hospital Switchboard (PBX) operator for multiple hospitals (including all internal departments), clinics, provider practices and groups within the WMR. The Communication Specialist handles customer's telephone calls, faxes, paging and messages promptly and courteously in a timely manner.

Required qualifications:

1 year of experience in an office or health-care setting.

Preferred qualifications:

Prior employment as an operator.
