Camping World is looking for a Call Center Sales Agent.

Essential Job Functions:

Handle inbound catalog sales callsMeet/Exceed department sales goals and objectivesResolve customer inquiries/issues via in-bound callsProvide customer solutions within the parameters of defined business rules and standard operational proceduresParticipation in product sales trainingInterface with teammates, team lead and department managers as needed to handle customer inquiries, complaints or to report deficiencies and/or issuesConvert customer product inquiries to sales through product support and follow-up

Essential Job Skills:

High School Diploma is required, some college coursework preferredExceptional customer service skillsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsSolid understanding of MS Office

Pay Range:

$14.00-$17.68 Hourly
