We are looking for a highly skilled Software Engineering leader to drive innovative work in 3DIC space as part Calibre R&D team. We are looking for someone who applies deep technical expertise of current industry and emerging technologies to provide insight and technical leadership to promote new ideas, innovative concepts and resolving critical issues. We want someone who uses extensive knowledge of theories, practices and design and is a key influencer in product research, product innovation and growth strategies. We are looking for a recognized technology leader.
**Responsibilities:**
You will be part of a Calibre 3DIC team that is the industry leader. The individual will closely with fellows, senior engineers, our field team and key customers to oversee creative engineering-oriented research or advanced product development.
**Required Knowledge/Skills, Education and Experience:**
+ Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
+ Proven experience of around 15-20 years in software development, with a strong C++ programming background.
+ Published, conference speaker, patent holder.
+ Expert in Unix/Linux operating system environments.
+ Experience in taking concept to implementation. Mentoring and guiding engineering teams.
+ Self-motivated, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
**Preferred Knowledge/Skills:**
+ Expertise in simulation and circuit analysis is a plus.
+ Experience in dealing with design databases is a plus.
+ Consults with and provides guidance on advanced technical issues to leadership.
+ Alignment to tenets of quality software development and craftsmanship.
+ Proven attention to detail, the ability to accurately estimate and deliver software on schedule.
+ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.

**Siemens Software.** **_Transform the Everyday_**
The salary range for this position is $212,400 to $382,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
