The Calibration Business Unit within ATS consists of ATS regional offices along with acquired subsidiaries. ATS CAL specializes in the calibration of precision measurement and test equipment of various types and metrology services. Our Calibration Department is currently seeking a passionate, enthusiastic regional director to manage the Northeast Region. Summary: The Calibration & Metrology Regional Director - Northeast will be responsible for providing oversight to existing ATS subsidiaries in the Northeast Region. Responsibilities: + Provide high level management of ATS subsidiaries in the Northeast Region + Lead P&L responsibility for multiple branches and/or subsidiaries + Report regularly to ATS Management Team regarding subsidiary performance + Work with subsidiary leaders to develop forecasts, budgets, growth plans, etc. + Oversee subsidiary sales and marketing efforts + Submit capital expenditure proposals to management to facilitate subsidiary growth + Work with ATS corporate team and subsidiary leaders to maximize intercompany cooperation + Cooperate with the ATS Corporate Development team to identify and evaluate potential companies to join the ATS family of companies Qualifications Requirements: + 15 years of related experience in the calibration and metrology field + 10 years prior management experience in COMMERCIAL calibration + 10 years of with P&L responsibility in COMMERCIAL calibration + Exceptional customer service skills + Strong both written and verbal communication skills + Travel to subsidiary and client sites across the region as well as ATS’ home office in Marietta, GA + Bachelor's degree preferred + Experience with IndySoft would be preferred Benefits include: 401(k), 401(k) matching, Dental insurance, Disability insurance, Employee assistance program, Flexible spending account, Health insurance, Life insurance, Paid time off, Professional development assistance, Relocation assistance, Tuition reimbursement, Vision insurance, High potential for growth in a rapidly growing PE backed company.
