Position Summary:
The Calibration and Plant Services Coordinator is responsible for administering the SAP Plant Tool System for tracking Calibration and Maintenance records for all equipment within the plant. The Calibration and Plant Services Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining the spare parts catalog, scheduling with service vendors and procurement of machine and facilities related parts.
ResponsibilitiesKey Accountabilities:
Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance records of company owned tools, fixtures, analytical equipment and gauges within SAP including Out of Tolerance generation and tracking of such conditions.Monitor and report to management on the preventive maintenance and calibration status of all equipment.Coordinate outsourced calibration of equipment with production management and calibration vendors. Issue Purchase Requisitions to vendors and approve invoices for payment.Act as Subject Matter Expert on Calibrations/Plant Maintenance system. Recommend and implement changes to the system to better meet business and compliance requirements.Assist all departments in ensuring the SOP requirements related to the Calibration/Plant Maintenance system are adhered to.Manage Maintenance related spare parts inventory including:Maintaining appropriate stock levels within SAPOrdering and sourcing of spare partsPerforming cycle counts to ensure inventory levels are accurateSchedule calibration and service vendors for all aspects of calibration and maintenance functions.Manage Contractor Training ensuring outside vendors are trained.Participate in Regulatory and Internal audits as needed.Establish vendor relations and tracking performanceLandscapingPest ControlSecurityCalibration VendorsOthers as assignedParticipate in facilities improvement projectsPerforms other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: One year experience working with calibration and/or preventive maintenance system within a regulated environment
Travel Requirements:
<5% of time
The hourly wage range Werfen reasonably expects to pay for the position is $24 to $28. Compensation is reasonably based upon multiple factors including education, relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, and specific needs of the business.
