Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time or part-time Cage Cashier to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As Cage Cashier, you will handle a large amount of currency, cash checks, and redeem tickets, vouchers, and chips for guests.

Pay

Pay rate of $15 to $20 per hour (base wage plus tips)

Responsibilities Handle large sums of money including validating tickets for guests, distributing cash to team members for jackpots and hand-pays, processing and verifying travelers' checks, approving and cashing checks, and cash advance services Maintain an accurate count of banksPerform regular cash buys to Cage SupervisorIssue and redeem chips; process chip fills and creditsFollow all departmental and state policies and procedures Qualifications Must be at least 21 years of ageSix months’ cash handling experience preferred; experience handling large amounts of moneyExcellent math skills including addition and subtractionBasic computer skillsNo high school diploma or GED requiredPhysical Requirements Ability to lift or carry 30 poundsShift Details
