Cadillac Experiential & Partnerships Asst Manager
Job Description

This role is categorized as HYBRID. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM - Cadillac Tower three times per week, at minimum. This job may be eligible for relocation benefits.

The Cadillac Experiential and Partnerships Assistant Manager supports the development and execution of innovative, inclusive marketing strategies that create memorable brand experiences and fosters strategic partnerships. This role will report the Experiential & Partnerships Manager and play a pivotal in creating immersive brand experiences that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and expands our partner network through experiential marketing, events, and collaborations.  

 

The individual in this role will assist with assigned brands experiential activations and partnerships, collaborating with GM Regions,  brand product and strategy teams along with agency partners to ensure all aspects of partnerships and activations are executed successfully. This position requires an understanding of overall brand strategy, positioning, goals and objectives and the ability to communicate these to stakeholders.  

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Assist in the development and implementation of experiential marketing strategies 

Cultivate diverse strategic partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth 

Support with data-driven insights to integrate experiential and partnerships into broader marketing efforts 

Plan, organize, and execute brand sessions necessary to ensure alignment of experiential objectives ladder up to brand goals 

Assist with management of event logistics, vendors and agency partners  

Review existing and new partnership opportunities to ensure they align with brand values and deliver against goals 

Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for upcoming marketing initiatives 

Facilitate strong relationships with key partners to drive cohesive planning 

Collaborate with brand marketing teams on supporting efforts to amplify experiential and partnership initiatives 

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints 

 

Additional Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in marketing, business administration, or a related field 

5+ years of experience in marketing, with proven capability to execute events partnerships 

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 

Effective communication and interpersonal skills; with ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally 

Capability to effectively work across various teams to achieve common goals 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities 

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail
