You can learn more about our career opportunities here: Summary The CADD Operator/Drafter performs routine CADD assignments for the preparation of engineering drawings using AutoDesk and Bentley products. Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPlease note that the duties below may vary based on the changing needs of the company. · Performs routine and complex drafting assignments, not limited to: · Conceptual Maps and Site Plans· Geophysical Data Presentation· Environmental Data Presentation· Profiles, Cross Sections, Schematics, and Simple Process Diagrams· Prepares GPS for locating and staking boring/test pit locations and performs post-processing of accumulated GPS data.· Follow all safety rules, guidelines, and standards including active participation in pre-task planning and reporting of safety issues or concerns to management· Maintains library of past drawings· Maintains library of reference drawings· Performs other duties as requested, including but not limited to, assisting with field data collection; locating and staking boring/test pit locations; perform sampling and testing on construction materials; and observing and documenting field activities.Qualifications· High school diploma or equivalent required· Knowledge of Auto CAD and Microsoft Office products required· Experience with Microstation and Open Roads Designer (ORD) preferred· Knowledge for surveying-Township & Range, GPS Coordinate System, and Northern Eastern Coordinates System, preferred PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must reside within commutable distance of our company location.
