We are hiring a Plant Quality Lead to shape our future success. Your role will involve leveraging technical expertise to guide decision-making, develop policies, and lead teams in the deployment of new science and technology. Effective communication, collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement are key traits we value. 

 

This opportunity offers you the chance to be a brand custodian for Cadbury and you will be representing the company externally to bring in external developments in-house. 

 

What you will bring 

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: 

Risk assessment 

External influencing abilities 

Multi-site experience is an advantage 

Ideally you will already be operating at Site Quality Manager/Lead level 

Technical solution development and deployment 

Collaborating to complete agenda by working effectively across functions, geographies, and with remote internal and external partners 

Continuous improvement and curiosity in your technical area
