We are hiring a Plant Quality Lead to shape our future success. Your role will involve leveraging technical expertise to guide decision-making, develop policies, and lead teams in the deployment of new science and technology. Effective communication, collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement are key traits we value.
This opportunity offers you the chance to be a brand custodian for Cadbury and you will be representing the company externally to bring in external developments in-house.
