Job Title: CAD Technician
Job Description

Prepare CAD drawings for contract documents based on input and guidance from design staff. Maintain drawing files, sheet sets, CAD standards, and other digital files. Prepare graphics for engineering reports, professional papers, and presentations. Perform CAD drafting work including surface generation and manipulation, grading, site layout, structural drawing, and quantity takeoffs.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare CAD drawings for contract documents based on input and guidance from design staff.Maintain drawing files, sheet sets, CAD standards, and other digital files.Prepare graphics for engineering reports, professional papers, and presentations.Perform CAD drafting work to include surface generation and manipulation, grading, site layout, structural drawing, and quantity takeoffs.Participate in professional training to develop and implement new skills related to job duties.Essential SkillsProficiency in AutoCAD, Drafting, and Microstation.Experience with Civil 3D.Grading experience.Ground level design, steel-reinforced concrete, piping networks, storm drainage design are a plus.Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Drafting.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in Civil and Design.Proficiency in Solidworks.Work Environment

Fully in office Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM. Will be collaborating with the team located in the Alpharetta, GA office. The team in Alpharetta roughly consists of 25 people. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $32.00/hr.
