You will be part of a team that builds essential components such as spring reels, motorized reels, and festoon systems, ensuring high-quality output and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** + Assemble cables for gears using mechanical and electrical expertise. + Utilize hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely. + Read and interpret blueprints and bills of materials accurately. + Lift and handle weights up to 50 pounds regularly and 75 pounds occasionally. + Cross-train in other departments to support production flexibility and growth. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. + Ability to read blueprints and tape measures accurately. + Mechanical and electrical assembly experience. + Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior experience in assembly and manufacturing settings. + Familiarity with wire harness techniques. **Work Environment** The work environment is a machine shop setting where you will be exposed to fumes and significant noise levels. We operate on a schedule of four 10-hour days, starting as early as 5 am or 6 am, from Monday to Thursday.
