Ferguson is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Cabinetry Showroom Consultant. If you have a love of meeting people and providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line of a multi-billion-dollar organization, this is the position for you!

Schedule: M - F 7:30am - 5pm

Responsibilities:Work with a wide range of customers, including builders, designers, and professional remodelers, to assist in the selection of kitchen and bath cabinetry and countertopsAssist with design options and color selectionsCabinetry design and estimating per company standardsWork continuously toward improving client selection processPrepare job quotations and submittalsAssist customers, both by appointment and walk-ins, while using suggestive sales techniques and handling complaints timely and accuratelyContinually improve sales skills and product knowledge to promote a professional image in the fieldClient Relationship ManagementManage Leads and Estimates within master product fileOther duties as assigned

QualificationsPrior sales experience in the kitchen and bath industry preferredPrior experience with cabinetryProficient with Microsoft ExcelExperienced in 20/20 Design software and/or CADDemonstrated ability to learn software programs quickly based on previous performance or experienceProblem solving, leadership and listening skillsInterpersonal and time management skillsThe ability to take care of a vast array of customers with varying levels of product knowledgeProduct and vendor knowledge (or the ability to quickly learn it)Outstanding attention to detailMust demonstrate initiativeAbility to work independentlyAbility to optimally prioritize daily activitiesStandout colleagueStrong verbal and written communications skillsMust have excellent customer relations skills

This is a commission eligible role. The estimated total compensation range is $65,000 - $75,000 annually.
