We’re looking for skilled Cabin Installers, Electrical Installers, and Structures Assemblers to join the Line 2 Production Team in Mobile, AL. Your expertise will directly contribute to the smooth operation of aircraft assembly, ensuring we meet production schedules and maintain the highest standards of quality. What You’ll Do 

As a Cabin, Electric, and Structures Installer, your primary responsibilities will include: 

Assisting the Operations Leader in managing the production process, ensuring an efficient and orderly flow of materials, tools, and parts. 

Troubleshooting production issues and resolving them swiftly to maintain production momentum. 

Assigning work based on the production schedule to ensure deadlines are met. 

Monitoring production quality and reporting any deviations from standards. 

Assisting in the performance reviews of your team, offering feedback for improvement, promotions, and other decisions. 

Advocating for and helping implement LEAN initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. 

Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards in all tasks. 

Providing training to new operators and cross-training team members as needed. 

Performing work on aircraft and stepping in for absent operators when necessary. 

 

 

Who We’re Looking For 

Required Qualifications: 

Education: High school diploma or GED. 

Experience: 

Minimum of 2 years of aviation experience. 

At least 1 year of experience in Station 35 activities, including: Fuel system installation, Panel installation (IWO Belly Fairing), Empennage rigging (HTP & VTP), flight control testing, Wing system slat & flap installation, Cabin floor, seats, and walls installation, Cargo floor, wall, ceiling lining installation, door rigging, and radome installation. 

Technical Proficiency: Must be familiar with Google WorkSpace, SAP, MES, Zamiz, DocMaster, and Aircraft Progress. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Leadership experience is a plus. 

Strong adherence to FOD and Tool Control procedures. 

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Pay Details: $23.25 per hour
