We’ve got what you’re looking for. **Job Description:** Parsons is looking for a Command, Control, Communications, and Battle Management **(C3BM) Principal Systems Engineer** to engage in C3BM systems engineering efforts. C3BM systems engineering efforts include engaging in Command, Control, Battle Management, and Communications (C2BMC) technical engineering and integration, future concepts, new functionality, and multi-national exchange designs. **What You'll Be Doing:** + Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability integration and interface design efforts between MDA/BC, BC contractors, and MDS Elements. + Participate in C2BMC software engineering reviews and analyses for development of C2BMC Spiral products. + Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals. + Support critical integration and interoperability product evaluations based on future product integration into MDA/BC spiral builds through interface, requirements, and C2BMC product definitions. + Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals. + Participate in C2BM and BMDS OPIR Architecture (BOA) Agile review processes. + Participate in MDA ground test planning and objectives development. + Provide evolving C3BM architecture analysis and expertise in the area of OPIR capability. + Support M&S development involving C2BMC, sensors, and space assets. + Participate in evaluations of C3BM increments and initiatives; coordinate IV&V activities for all C2BMC and OPIR. + Provide expertise in threat modeling. + Provide interoperability engineering, analysis, and technical guidance for C2BMC, MDS Elements, and external capability. + Participate in technical baseline efforts to develop specifications and interfaces for current and future C3BM spirals. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Master's degree in STEM and 12+ years of relevant experience + Active Secret clearance + Experience with MDA/DoD systems engineering like cycle + Familiarity with Agile Software Development processes and product development timelines + Experience with Missile Defense Agency, Ballistic Missile Defense System, and/or C3BM Program Office work efforts or MDA sensors + Ability to work independently within a dynamic environment + Ability to apply network engineering and solutions to support real-world test, integration, and operations **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Military experience is a plus + Work within a collaborative environment composed of Government, prime contractor, sub-contractor and supporting contractor personnel in a badge-less contractor environment + Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint + Self-starter with enthusiasm and capacity to learn in a fast-paced environment **Minimum Clearance Required to Start:** Secret This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.
