The role we are offering you:
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to work within the Health, Safety and Environment team of the Montreal campus. As a training intern, you will work with our training coordinator to develop new training plans and procedures to better prepare our employees for plant challenges and improve their skills on the job.
Are you ready to:
+ Develop a training project focused on H&S compliance
+ Analyse training needs in each department of the plant
+ Develop general manufacturing training procedures
+ Evaluate existing processes and improvement
+ Write training reports and statistics
+ Execute any other task related to training
Our ideal candidate has:
+ Good knowledge of training processes
+ Good computer knowledge (Microsoft Office suite)
+ Ease of collaboration with different stakeholders
+ Adaptability and flexibility
+ Focused on effective communications and information sharing
+ Open-mindedness and friendliness
+ Bilingual French and English an asset
Preferred Education
+ Pursuing aundergraduate or masters degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development or any other related field with 2 years/ 2 internships completed
Location of the internship is Montreal.
Internship will be carried out in person.
*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
*Please take note that if you are on a student, work or international student permit, the delays for the security background check take minimum 12 weeks.
