The role we are offering you:
By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to perform Business Analyst tasks in multidiscipline Team.
Your role will consist of:
Providing data compilation, analysis and reporting services to facilitate decision-making.
Supporting the development of tools to visualize and monitor business performance.
Reviewing and analyzing processes, tools and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards to provide strategic and operational insights.
Searching and analyzing databases to extract and interpret relevant data.
Collaborating effectively and demonstrate excellent communication skills to convey results and analyses clearly and convincingly.
Supporting the transition to Power BI for project portfolio management, providing technical and analytical expertise.
Participating and supporting special projects related to improvement initiatives.
Our ideal candidate has:
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel: pivot tables and VLOOKUP, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
Proficient with Power BI or other BI tools is an asset.
Easily adapts to changing priorities.
Strong attention to detail
An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving
Ability to identify trends, patterns, and insights from data.
Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of data.
Team player
Strong communication skills in both English and French
Ability to multi-task
Able to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience/knowledge in business, financial, data analysis, performance reporting or a combination of relevant professional experience.
Preferred Education
Pursuing College’s degree in Business field or other relevant discipline, 3rd or 4th year completed.
Location of the internship is Montreal, QC.
Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode.
*All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP). All hires will be required to complete, sign and return the Controlled Goods Program form within a week of its transmittal. They must also provide a copy of their passport or birth certificate. All students with a work permit must provide a copy of it and a police clearance certificate from the country or countries where they have resided in the past five years.
