Tech Lead - Ålesund

An established and successful SaaS company in Ålesund is looking for a Tech Lead to provide strong technical leadership for their development team. With a focus on delivering high-quality, reusable code in C#, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position while maintaining a strong technical understanding.

The Role:

As the Tech Lead, you will:

* Lead a development team working on a cutting-edge SaaS product.
* Provide technical direction and ensure best practices in software development.
* Foster collaboration across teams and ensure alignment with business goals.
* Support and mentor developers, helping them grow their skills.
* Ensure a clean, maintainable, and scalable codebase.
* Work closely with leadership to align technical and business strategies.

Key Skills & Experience:

* Proven technical leadership experience in software development.
* Background in SaaS product development, preferably in C#.
* Strong understanding of clean architecture and reusable code.
* Interest in Unity is beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of gaining trust and respect from both developers and leadership.
* Ability to see the bigger picture and align technology with company goals.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams.
