Job Duties + Process procurement tickets/work orders for IT Products and services such as hardware, software, network equipment, etc. Using procurement guidelines, rules, policies, and laws. + Prepare and review bids and orders to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications. + Proactively identify and address any disputes or challenges related to vendor performance, product quality, service delivery, accounting, or invoicing to maintain smooth purchase operations and positive relationships. + Appropriately communicate with vendors and stakeholders within a ticketing system to document and maintain a clear and transparent procurement process. + Assists with managing and triaging incoming communications for the IT Business Services department, including assisting with overseeing the primary email inbox and responding to inquiries via phone to ensure timely and efficient issue resolution.
