Job Description
Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to acquire inventory in a cost-effective and timely manner. Directly supports all departments by obtaining materials and supplies needed. Monitors the cost, schedule, and scope of vendors and suppliers to assure the highest quality at the best price. Develops strong relationships and establishes material replenishment methods with vendors and suppliers. Issues and reconciles Purchase Orders and monitors return of acknowledgement including Intercompany Orders. Works diligently to streamline and automate procurement/buyer processes. Tracks incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and notes actual arrival time.

The manufacturing facility is located in Statesville, NC with roughly 200 people on-site. The supply chain team consists of 2 planners and 1 buyer. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $38.00/hr.
