Minimum requirements:
Minimum qualification: Matric and a diploma would be preferable (purchasing)  Strong numerical ability 3-5 Years of procurement or buying experience in the flexographic industry or a related field (price negotiations, preparation of quotes) Effective communication skills Interpersonal liaison abilities Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, pricing fluctuations, and cost control strategies ERP/Inventory: Experience using procurement and inventory management Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills to handle supply chain disruptions or quality issues Attention to detail: Careful attention to material quality, specification, and industry compliance standards Time-management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple supplier relationship and deliveries Must have license and own reliable transport Must be fluent in English
