Weyerhaeuser is seeking an experienced inventory management professional to join its Wood Products Distribution Business. As a Buyer Replenishment Coordinator, you will own pricing administrator responsibilities and support multiple locations across the Pacific Northwest markets in US. This is a full-time, non-exempt position and reports to the Division Inventory Manager.

The Weyerhaeuser hiring team will use the selection interview process to determine skill and hired level, and the successful hire can be based out of one of our distribution sites in the (Albany, OR, Tacoma, WA, Santa Clarita, Fresno, Fontana, Stockton, Redding, CA, Boise, ID, Salt Lake City, UT, Phoenix, AZ) areas.

Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am-5pm)

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Inventory replenishment and inventory management, which includes turns, dead stock, fill rates, forecasting, cycle counts and reconciliation coordination with the business Controller.Conduct work that contributes directly to product line profitability.May support product training for the sales team and operations team.Lead the resolution of product claims and coordinate with regional peers to effectively address shortages and over stock situations.Generate reports as required.Review orders for accuracy and work with suppliers to expedite purchases as needed.Maintain vendor relations.Participate and lead in coordination and execution of product replenishment tactics between locations.Must have a commitment to continuous education and improvement.

Experience in building materials and/or forest industryProficient with SAPBachelor's degree or higher

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $55,000 - $82,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation: We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours
