Inventory Management Specialist Location: N Portland (possibility for hybrid schedule down the road) Pay: $60K - $75K (depending on experience) Length: 3-month contract to PERMANENT Hire! Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (with overtime as needed) Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of ERP systems, inventory management, and supply chain processes. This role requires excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. What You Bring: + 3-5 years of experience in a Buyer role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. + Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel for data analysis. + Strong understanding of inventory management, including cycle counts and depletion history analysis. + Understanding of inventory management (mins and maxes) + Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems, including PLEX. + Strong vendor communication skills.
