Job Description: Develop supply chain studies and reports in support of new and updated MRP and program assigned Execute in the weekly MRP and expedite/pull-in or push out with respective suppliers for clear direction Knowledge of the principles and practices of supply chain PO management per MRP requirement, analyze customer demand trend vs suppliers supply trend . Maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers while effectively resolving supplier performance/capability issues to ensure alignment with Sanmina’s strategic direction Coordinate with various internal parties to ensure on time update on various weekly reports, analyze and optimize the inventory to meet goals, working with suppliers on E&O reduction. Support additional tasks and initiative that might arise. Strong in vendors management Creative problem solving skills to gather relevant information to solve vaguely defined practical problems Working independently, coordinates purchasing activities and processes purchase reqs in a timely manner.  Using MRP and/or manual reqs, analyzes demand to determine need, sends out RFQ's for price and availability Monitors supplier delivery.  Negotiates price/volume/delivery dates Processes RMA's. Expedites and reschedules as necessary to meet production requirements Responsible for resolving AP/AR issues through analysis and investigation. May research alternative suppliers for obsolete or long lead time parts.  Job Requirements: Degree in any related field with minimum 2-3 years related field working experiences Good knowledge of computer hardware and software programs, which may include Microsoft Office and Google especially Excel, GoogleSheet, etc Experience in related department or industry has added advantage Good communication and negotiation skills, knowledge of MRP, Oracle experience will be an added advantage.
