THE JOB:
The Busser is responsible for ensuring the restaurant remains clean and well-stocked, including the dining area, storerooms, food pick-up zone, and beverage station, in accordance with established standards.

THE STARTING RATE:$10.80 + tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Assist servers in delivering exceptional guest service.

Polish flatware and set tables with the appropriate silverware, glassware, linens, condiments, and accessories. Properly fold napkins and ensure ashtrays are clean and available in designated smoking areas.

Thoroughly clear, clean, and sanitize booth and chair cushions, as well as tables. Reset tables with fresh linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any necessary tabletop items.

Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from tables, transporting them to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles.

Monitor table availability and maintain constant communication with Servers, Hosts, and Management to facilitate efficient table turnover.

Serve and refill water, coffee, and soft drinks as needed.

Ensure the dining room floor remains clean and free of debris.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Able to lift trays, stand for extended periods, and move quickly in a fast-paced steakhouse and casino setting.

Works closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and timely table turnover.

Has knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations

Has one (1) year experience as a busser in a similar setting (preferred)
