Job Description Summary
The Busser is responsible for consistently delivering results that contribute to the mission and overall success of the hotel by accomplishing performance objectives covering the food service venues of the hotel. The Busser sets-up, services, and breaks-down the food and beverage areas where they are assigned ensuring a high level of quality, consistency, and service. The Busser also assists the Restaurant Servers with cleanup of guest tables and restaurant area.Job Description
Principle duties and responsibilities (Essential Functions) include:
Key Job Functions Establish service standards throughout guest experience. Ascertain guest satisfaction.Assist service staff as directed by manager.Supply assigned station with all items needed for daily operation.Serve water, coffee, juice, and other beverages and refills.Clear extra place settings at the table.Maintain customer relations at the table.Complete all closing side work properly.Perform any duties as requested by manager.Handle stress and multiple tasks (to organize service steps).Maintains good interpersonal relations with guests and co-workers.Deliver Passionate & Engaging Service to our GuestsYou will be passionate and truly engaged in taking care of our guests, recognizing individual guests and anticipating their unique needs in order to exceed their expectationsYou will consistently deliver our GUEST model:Greet or welcome everyone, warmly with a smileUse eye and ear contact and guest’s nameEstablish/anticipate needsSolve and own all requests/complaintsThank everyone

Qualifications and Skills
A candidate for this position must possess the following applicable knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to demonstrate and provide applicable examples to support his/her competency.
Track record of delivering exceptional guest or client experienceCommunication skills are utilized a significant amount of time for training and safety purposes, and when interacting with guests and associates.Strong communication skillsAppropriate professional appearance and demeanorFrequently standing up and moving about the facility.Frequently bending, climbing, kneeling, and moving about the facility.Carrying or lifting items weighing up to 75 pounds and pushing/pulling up to approximately 300 pounds.Additional Job Information/Anticipated
