Overview Accountable for clearing restaurant tables of dirty dishes and dirty linen in a fast and efficient manner. Assuring that guests have a favorable dining experience. Responsibilities Responsible to stock wait stations, bar and host stand. Responsible for bringing ice as needed. Responsible for clear tables of dirty dishes, linen, silverware and transport to kitchen via bus cart. Assist host and hostesses to seat patrons. Responsible for resetting tables after they have been cleared. Ensure the safety and security of team members and customers. Other duties as assigned.
