Key responsibilities

Providing expert assistance with booking inquiries and processing travel reservationsResponding to client inquiries via multiple channels, including phone, and emailBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and follow-upAccurately managing travel reservations and amendments for Travel customersFocus on providing seamless and efficient service.

Requirements

Excellent fluency in both written and spoken French and English.Advanced level in the use of GDS systems, including Galileo, Sabre, and Amadeus, with 3 months of experience in using these systems to efficiently and accurately manage travel bookingsExcellent communication skills, with professional and positive telephone manners.Ability to work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of organisationProven experience in handling customer queries and complaints, taking ownership of issues and using initiative to resolve themFlexibility in adapting to changing priorities and tasks, with a willingness to go above and beyondStrong interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with suppliers, colleagues, and customers alikeA positive and approachable attitude, consistently displaying a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
