What you’ll do 

Become a trusted Business Transformation Services (BTS) Associate Consultant working on customer-facing projects

Conceptualize and prepare business industry-specific content, presentations and customer meeting deliverables (for industries such as Discrete Manufacturing, Energy & Natural Resources, Consumer Industries, Life Science, etc.)

Support / be responsible for customer-facing deliverables/activities

Support with internal business development and go-to-market initiatives

Support in the setup and operating of Communities of Practice

Support BTS colleagues in creating compelling value propositions, transformation concepts, customer-specific transformation roadmaps

 

 

What you bring 

 

0-3 years working experience with proven ability in a customer-facing role

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Etc.

Technical inquisitive nature with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong business acumen

Fluent in English and German 

Experience in agile working and teamwork

Customer centric focus and ability to conduct/lead customer-facing workshops

Management Consulting experience is an added advantage

Positive attitude, tenacity, adaptability and networking skills

At Business Transformation & Architecture EMEA, we act as trusted advisors supporting our customers throughout their large transformation journeys, providing specialized expertise, whether in specific industries or lines of business. In Business Transformation Services Northern Europe, you will work with a variety of highly motivated, multi-disciplinary and experienced colleagues, serving our customers across Northern Europe and the wider EMEA region.
