Job Description

The Business Training Program Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our customers, partners, and employees to maximize the value of our platform and meet business objectives. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective training programs that align with organizational goals. The Program Manager will collaborate with department heads to identify training needs, create learning solutions, and ensure that our customers, partners, and employees have the tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Program Development and Strategy:Design and implement a scalable training and enablement program that supports internal teams, external customers, and external partners.Collaborate with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop tailored training content specific to each group.Align the program with business objectives to drive engagement with the Life Solutions platform.Content Creation and Curation:Develop tailored training materials (e-learning, webinars, workshops, and documentation) that cater to each group’s specific needs.Ensure content is regularly updated and relevant, integrating feedback from learners.Delivery and Facilitation:Lead training sessions, ensuring content is engaging and aligns with different learning styles.Implement various training modalities, including virtual, in-person, and self-paced learning.Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:Partner with product teams to stay updated on platform developments.Work with the sales and customer success teams to understand common customer pain points and tailor the training accordingly.Metrics and Program Evaluation:Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the program.Use data and feedback to iterate and improve training content over time.Tools and Platforms:Select and manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other enablement tools that facilitate the program.

Ensure a seamless experience for learners across different touchpoints, whether internal staff, customers, or partners

QualificationsExperience in learning and development, enablement, or customer education, ideally in SaaS or insurance solutions.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and operations teams.Experience developing tailored training programs for diverse groups (internal teams, customers, partners).Analytical mindset to measure the impact of training initiatives on business outcomes.Experience with the FAST Platform preferred/a plus

This role is critical for aligning internal teams, customers, and partners to drive engagement, operational success, and business growth.
