What You’ll Do

You’ll be the engine behind our marketing operations, ensuring that every campaign runs seamlessly, reaches the right audience, and delivers measurable results.

Own Multi-Channel Campaign Execution – Partner with digital marketing teams to optimize campaign operations across email, social media, paid media, and third-party platforms. Lead Marketing Automation – Design and execute high-performing HubSpot workflows, automated campaigns, and lead nurturing strategies that convert prospects into customers. Manage UTM Tracking & Performance Attribution – Take ownership of campaign tracking and analytics, ensuring data-driven decision-making through structured attribution models. Integrate & Optimize MarTech Tools – Manage and enhance our HubSpot-Salesforce integration, leverage API-based solutions, and explore emerging technologies to automate and scale marketing execution. Leverage Data & Insights – Use Power BI, HubSpot, and Salesforce to measure campaign success, optimize performance, and refine audience targeting strategies. Stay Ahead of the Curve – Identify emerging AI-driven marketing solutions, evaluate new automation tools, and drive continuous innovation in marketing operations. Collaborate & Influence – Work closely with digital marketing, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business growth objectives. What You Bring

We’re looking for a marketing operations powerhouse—someone who understands the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution and can bring fresh ideas to supercharge our campaigns.

3+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations or digital marketing. Expertise in HubSpot automation, Salesforce CRM, and campaign execution. Strong data analysis and tracking skills, with experience in UTM management and campaign attribution. Proficiency in API-based integrations, automation tools like Zapier, and analytics platforms like Power BI. Passion for solving complex marketing challenges with technology-driven solutions. A strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to drive measurable impact. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders. Why Foundever?
