Job Description:

At Regions, the Business Systems Manager develops, trains, and manages Business Systems Analysts that support departmental system(s).

Primary Responsibilities

Plans, tests, and executes projects and supports day-to-day operationsEnsures department meets all standards, company policies, and quality requirementsDevelops strategy and leads implementation for system(s)Works with Technology partners and line of businesses regarding processes and resolution of system issuesIdentifies, analyzes, and resolves user problems as they occurOversees system enhancements and works with agencies to develop ongoing reporting and tools

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field and eight (8) years of related work experienceOR a High School Diploma /GED and twelve (12) years of related work experienceTwo (2) years of leadership/managerial/supervisory experience

Preferences

Experience in a financial institution

Ability to learn additional systems as neededAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesDetail oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skills

Additional Details

3-5 years’ experience TSYS Support on TS-1 and TS-2 is strongly preferred.Experience related to Credit Card and environmental and regulatory rules.Strong experience leading Senior Business AnalystsStrong focus on associate development including training and career developmentStrong technical management and support service skillsUnderstanding of credit product offeringsAbility to manage conversions.Strong background in compliance and risk managementStrong background in vendor management.Ability to effectively collaborate with product, technology, and vendor teams.Working knowledge of cloud-based solutions.

Additional Skills and Competencies

Solutions Oriented ability to think outside the box and seek ways/solutions to meet product development and operational needs.Efficient/acts with sense of urgencyKnowledge of best practices for software development lifecycle and product support process management and detailed process mapping.Ability to understand the interconnectivity of complex systems and asses impacts to TSYS,  downstream processes and customer impactAbility to proactively communicate with key partners.Excels in process improvement and efficiency.

This position is an offsite role, but you may be asked to come into the office on as needed basis.

This position must be within a reasonable driving distance to Birmingham, AL, Nashville, TN, Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC. Regions will not provide relocation assistance for this position, and relocation would be at your expense. Exceptions to the geographic location requirement may be made for current Regions associates who work remotely.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located and level of the position.

Minimum:

$115,340.40 USD

Median:

$145,660.00 USD

Incentive Pay Plans:

Opportunity to participate in the Long Term Incentive Plan.
