This is a hands-on role that requires the developer to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to help maximize the business value from IT system investments. The focus of the business system needs involves Enterprise Data Management, Data Transformation, Data Collection and Validation, User Interface Design, and Data Visualization. This individual will have the opportunity to work across multiple tool sets and products. This position is located in USA VA Chantilly **Your future duties and responsibilities:** • Technical Solutions Development: Design, develop, and maintain technical solutions to support financial operations, ensuring they meet the needs of multiple IC agencies. • Enterprise Data Management: Implement and manage enterprise data management solutions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility. • Data Transformation and Validation: Develop processes for data transformation and validation to ensure accurate and reliable data for decision-making. • User Interface Design: Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces to enhance user experience and engagement. • Data Visualization: Create effective data visualizations to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner. • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. • Problem-Solving: Apply analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. • Tool Set Utilization: Utilize a variety of tool sets and products to develop and implement solutions, ensuring flexibility and adaptability. **Required qualifications to be successful in this role:** • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development using languages such as Angular, Ruby on Rails, Java, C++, or Python. • Database Knowledge: Understanding of relational databases, such as Oracle or SQL Server, is a plus. • Product Experience: Experience with products such as Momentum, webMethods, IBM Planning Analytics, or multi-dimensional applications is directly applicable. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply these skills to maximize business value from IT system investments. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities. Desired qualifications/non-essential skills required: • Certifications: Relevant certifications in software development or data management are highly desirable. • Experience: Experience working in a highly secure environment, such as federal government agencies or defense contractors. • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $78,400.00 - $169,700.00.
