You’ll own the delivery of requirements, leveraging your business analysis expertise and product knowledge to bridge the gap between business stakeholders, product owners, and the development team. Every day will be different as you identify, interpret, and define business needs, translating them into clear requirements and leading the process of design, building, and testing system solutions. Be self-organized, a team player, and able to adapt your approach when working with various partners and convey your message to your audience. **Responsibilities:** + Investigate, evaluate, interpret, and classify business data using various techniques to meet business needs. + Document current business processes and identify opportunities for improvements through process re-engineering. + Capture requirements using a variety of business analysis techniques. + Conduct research on software solutions and their ability to meet client requirements. + Critically assess and negotiate requirements, facilitating decision-making processes with appropriate parties. + Work closely with Product Owners to get the vision and translate it into executable requirements. + Participate actively in the development team and contribute to scrum ceremonies. + Recognize business environments, client needs, and partner requirements to ensure deliverables align with business goals. + Maintain and contribute to high-quality business analysis documentation, ensuring consistency and completeness. + Translate client requirements in the banking and financial industries into detailed specifications for development teams. + Incorporate approved improvements into documentation and continuously update standards. **Required Skills:** + High School diploma or GED. + Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst. + Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. + Experience leading and mentoring others in the Business Systems Analyst (BSA)/Business Analyst (BA) role. + Experience with WINS solutions stack (Windows Server, IIS, .NET, SQL Server). + Familiarity with wireframing tools such as Balsamiq. + Experience with Agile development tools like Team Foundation Server (TFS), Jira, and similar tools. + Proficiency in writing analytical queries using T-SQL/SQL Server. **Life at Capgemini:** Capgemini supports all aspects of your well-being throughout the changing stages of your life and career.
