Business Systems Analyst II

The Application Support Administrator is a hands-on technical position that will support a complex and exciting SaaS solution throughout design, implementation, and maintenance phases. As part of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) Project team, this position will participate in all day-to-day activities and program goals in support of elite customers both internally and externally. Technical responsibilities include providing design, implementation, and support of development and maintenance across multiple business units.

As a technical specialist, this position will be required to provide resolution guidance to the other S2P Project team members for advanced systems design, problem resolution and project management. This candidate will help lead and actively participate in projects supporting S2P implementations and enhancements and will oversee the maintenance of system in all capacities that include, but not limited to: configuring, testing / validating, direct customer support, validating upgrades, coordinating the introduction of additional system integrations, following security policies and procedures, and performing other technical duties as needed. The candidate will coordinate with local POC’s to ensure strategic alignment and governance compliance, and determine appropriateness of moderate changes or modifications to provide a high level of security according to SNC standards.

Responsibilities:

· Provide user support, functional & technical administration for Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) solution.
· Answer ‘how to’ technical and application configuration questions
· Troubleshoot & resolve technical and functional issues
· Work with other internal teams, including the integration development and/or support team, as well as Ivalua’s Operations and Customer Care as required, to resolve issues and ensure strong customer satisfaction
· Business Event Monitoring of customer production environments
· Performing root cause analysis of defects and elimination/reduction of defects
· Manage customer expectations in a way that results in high customer satisfaction
· Collaborate and provide enhancements to SNC’s knowledgebase for customers’ use
· Facilitate appropriate Business Area / Functional Area approval of system enhancements and prioritization of requests

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 2 or more years of relevant experience
             •Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
             •Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

· One to two years of system admin experience, preferably for a Procure-to-Pay system (Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, etc)
· Experience in supporting a multi environment SaaS solution
· Proficient in communicating with all aspects of the organization, including leading in cross-functional efforts
· Intermediate understanding of data integrity and management
· Proven track record of meeting or exceeding internal and external user expectations
· Basic knowledge of MSSQL
· A basic knowledge of all S2P modules (Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Invoicing, SIM and Analytics) and ERP Systems
· Adhere to best practices in code and configuration management
· Ability to foster a good working relationship with peer system admins, developers, users and project managers
· Needs excellent oral and written communication skills
· Previous experience supporting external users
· Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
· Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp technology solutions and concepts
· Ability to manage to metric based measurements including service level agreement timelines 
· Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, complete tasks and assignments on time, problem solve, work in a team environment, and work independently

· Ability to obtain/maintain a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

· Ability to analyze business systems and/or business processes to identify user needs, document requirements, and address process improvements
· Strong knowledge of requirements documentation tools such as Visio, Word, Excel, Jira, and/or Azure DevOps

· Ivalua Level 1 certified. Ability to obtain Ivalua Level 2 within a year.
· Smartsheet experience preferred
· Supply Chain background and experience
· Experience working in Gov Cloud environment
· Ability to support external & international users
