When you join GoTo CSP team, you’ll take on a vital role in this process and see your work be used by millions of users worldwide. **Your Day to Day** **As a Business Systems Analyst on our team, you would be working on:** + Collaborating with stakeholders to analyze and document business needs, translating them into functional and technical requirements. + Designing workflows and systems to optimize processes, ensuring alignment with team goals and business objectives. + Acting as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. + Partnering with developers, such as Java Backend/Full Stack Developers, to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented. + Leveraging data analytics tools to assess system performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements. + Providing actionable insights through custom reports and dashboards tailored to the team’s needs. + Contributing to and maintaining the team’s knowledge base, including process documentation, training materials, and best practices. + Supporting retrospectives and other continuous improvement initiatives to share learnings across the team. **What We’re Looking For** **As a Business Systems Analyst, your background will look like this:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience. + 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a related role. + Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies. + Familiarity with technologies and tools such as Java-based applications, content management systems (e.g., Brightspot), and modern JavaScript. + Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. + Clear and concise communication in English, with experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. + This role is perfect for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, enabling efficient processes and effective solutions while working closely with technical teams. **What** **GoTo** **offers:** + Full remote work option within Hungary and on-demand seat in our Astoria office + Volunteering days, parental, and pet leave + Private health insurance, life insurance and eye care + Adoption, Tuition and Reading Reimbursement, English Course + Employee Resource Groups and GoTo Gives CSR program – a fun, and inclusive community You’ll work towards a shared goal with an open-minded and cohesive team greater than the sum of its parts.
