Business Systems Analyst
**Who We Are:** Robert Half is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in production support for Protiviti's ERP system. As a Junior Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand business needs, and contribute to the development and enhancement of systems that drive organizational efficiency. **_About the team:_** The application team works in close partnership with our Protiviti business to help support and manage their Financials ERP system. We pride ourselves with driving for exceptional customer and employee experiences. Our Cloud hosted ERP system enables Protiviti to manage day-to-day business activities such as accounting, project management, time and expense processing, invoicing, budgeting, risk management and compliance . The ERP suite also enables Protiviti to plan, budget, predict, and report on the organization’s financial results for North America and the APAC regions. Protiviti has an extraordinary number of new projects planned for the next few years, including the deployment of the current ERP system to the EMEA operations. Join our robust team of engineers and business analysts in contributing towards the needs of both today and into the future of our professional staffing customer. **What You'll Do:** + Create basic ad-hoc reports or queries in support of system functionality or user requirements. + Work with support groups to provide integrated system support. + Provide post implementation support and enhancement/defect documentation as needed. + Provide maintenance and configuration of user tables. + May assist development team with pre-QA testing. + May develop and conduct system and user acceptance testing. Answer questions, resolve issues, clarify participate in planning. + Document, lead reviews, and obtain formal approval from business owners, development and QA for requirements for new systems or enhancements. + Create functional and system requirements for small scale changes. + Ensure that business processes, policies, and procedures are supported by proposed system solutions. + Document different options for solutions. + Work with business development and QS teams to confirm solutions meet business requirements. + Participate as a team member on special projects. + Collaborate with technical resources to resolve basic system issues. + Solve basic business problems as needed. **What You'll Need:** + Bachelor’s degree, other technical training in business, or equivalent. + 2+ years of business functional area experience. + MS Office Suite, Subject matter knowledge in a related line of business, SQL knowledge preferred, complete SDLC lifecycle experience. + Working knowledge of enterprise level applications. + Ability to interact and communicate with customers of varying levels of expertise. + Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users. + Ability to communicate business process to technical resources. + Ability to create simple process flow diagrams or flowcharts that demonstrate business or system process flow. + Ability to gather requirements and create test plans. + Ability to prioritize job responsibilities. + Demonstrated customer service abilities. + Knowledge of business systems software and software development lifecycle. + Ability to write simple queries and reports. + Ability to work to a project plan, meeting established deliverables and timelines. + Ability to execute based upon directions from senior team member. + Adaptability and demonstrates good judgment.
