The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting technical teams, particularly those working on microservices-based projects. The role requires a deep understanding of web services, technical requirement documentation, and agile methodologies. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed technical requirements * Translate business requirements into technical artifacts for development teams, such as Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), System Design Documents (SDDs), and Technical Specification Documents (TSDs) * Design and interpret process flow diagrams to support project development * Utilize tools like Postman, SoapUI, Visio, Jira, and Confluence to support project tasks * Engage in web services integration, including RESTful and SOAP, with a basic understanding of XML, JSON, and Swagger * Write SQL queries of simple to low complexity to assist in data analysis and support project requirements * Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery within agile environments * Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, presenting information clearly and concisely
