Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Milpitas, CA.

Reporting to the IT Manager, the Business System Analyst role involves supporting Baan ERP system, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, researching with stakeholders and delivering solutions to the site.

What a typical day looks like:

Assisting with Baan ERP system; troubleshooting and resolving issuesEvaluating requirements and specifications from customers on reporting and EDI transactionsDevelopment in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) retrieving data from Oracle (thru ODBC) or Microsoft SQL ServerDevelopment in Visual Studio for .NET applications used in house, either C# or VB.NET used.Implement standard Flex best business practices.Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective as well as consulting with users on automated systemsResearching, designing and testing new systems and system enhancements for the siteResolve required improvements on the systems & supervise its correct implementation to meet site business requirementsCommunicate with team to troubleshoot and resolve day to day system issues to ensure smooth operationExecute Global IT projects as needed

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Requires 4-7 years of related IT work experience3 years minimum of Baan ERP trouble-shooting experienceExtensive knowledge of Baan table structureExcellent understanding of T-SQL programming and Microsoft SQL ServerExperience with SQL Server Reporting ServicesStrong web application development using .NET preferredProficient in C# and/or VB.NET, with good knowledge of their ecosystemsStrong English communication skills required
