Reporting to the Sr. IT Manager, the Business Systems Analyst role involves

What a typical day looks like:

Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, writing the specification, and working with Enterprise Architect as well as Solution Manager to meet customer and site needsDetermine required improvements on the systems, supervising its correct implementation to meet customer’s requirementsAssist with the determination of methods and procedures on new assignmentsWrite functional and technical specifications for developmentUse skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective waysWork on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factorsDeployment of Flex standard applicationsCommunicate work progress and all (work related) pertinent information in an accurate and timely manner to the Team Lead and Project Manager.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Functional knowledge, education background on Systems or industrial engineer, Computer science, programming, or related careersCollege or above majored in IT Engineering or related2+ years working experiences in ERP(Baan, LN etc), logistic processes, supply chain in the manufacturing industryGood abilities for English speaking and listening.Has awareness of the functional impact upon work processes and other functions.Able to work well in projects with tight timeline and manage a small team of key users.Knowledge in SQL, team focus, Desirable knowledge in Jira and confluence.Willing to travel at least 1-2 times a month
