Working within our Corporate division, you’ll join a collaborative, cohesive team directly contributing to the success of our business every day.

Our Group IT team are currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join us at our Head Offices in Victoria Park reporting to the Team Leader – Business Systems.

This role would join us on a Fixed Term Contract and is well suited to a professional, adaptable and forward thinking individual who demonstrates a proven ability to administer, support and resolve technical problems across a range of core business systems. You must demonstrate strong teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise with individuals across all business levels.

Key responsibilities include:

Day-to-day operation, administration and support of Group business systems and applications. Within an ITIL framework, ensure that IT changes are controlled and do not adversely affect the business. Be a key point of escalation to resolve technical issues. Ensure communication with key stakeholders is current and effective. Support and engage with a diverse customer base from both office and site-based locations; and Collaborate, and work effectively with other teams in the wider IT group.

To be successful in this role you will have:

Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow and SharePoint Online administration. Experience supporting and managing Group business systems and applications. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server. Experience working within a multi-disciplined IT team environment

Other desirable but not essential skills and qualifications include:

Experience with Linux. Microsoft SQL Server. Prior experience in Avature, Ascender, Cintellate, Oracle and JD Edwards will advantageous. Certificate IV or higher in Information Systems, or a related field is highly desirable.
