Business System Lead

Working within our Corporate division, you’ll join a collaborative, cohesive team directly contributing to the success of our business every day. 

We are seeking two Business System leads to join our dynamic and innovative teams in Group IT. As our IT division continues to support critical business functions, these newly created roles are crucial in administering, supporting and resolving technical problems across a range of core group business systems and business applications. The roles will be based at our Head Office located in Victoria Park, Perth.

 

Key responsibilities

Developing, leading, coaching, and mentoring members of the team. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver enhancements that add value. Offering expert guidance to direct reports, promoting knowledge sharing among team members, overseeing daily responsibilities, and using the resources at hand to ensure timely delivery of work. Generating innovative solutions to improve processes and systems to deliver business outcomes. Ensuring the team operates within existing governance guidelines. Identifying, analysing and resolving technical issues. Engage and work with other technical experts and resources to ensure timely resolution of issues.

What you will bring:

Excellent leadership, customer service and communication skills. Ability to successfully liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage and understand business priorities and team workload. Experience with Group Business Systems (e.g., Avature, Ascender/Dayforce, JDE) or Business applications like ServiceNow and SharePoint. Experience in supporting other ERP, Recruitment, HR, or Payroll systems is also highly valued and will be considered. An ability to think outside of the box and promote on-going system improvements.
