About the Role:

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will act as a crucial bridge between the IT development group and business units, maintaining and implementing further rollout our global collections application, OnGuard. Your work will enable smoother workflows and increased efficiency in our technology solutions, supporting the organization's broader goals. The candidate must be a self-starter, work independently and communicate efficiently across the organization and with our Vendor.  This role reports into the Sr. Project and Program Manager.

Responsibilities:

Manage and provide high quality technical maintenance, administration, and monitoring of the system.

Proactively identify and resolve technology problems to ensure minimal impact to the business.

Create incidents tickets and escalate problems to the appropriate parties to ensure timely resolution, manage expectations and effectively communicate with end users and stakeholders.

Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network, software, and system engineers, project managers, end users, and IT.

Monitor, and troubleshoot installation of patches, updates, additional tools and future versions of software.

Create and maintain user accounts, licenses and modify permissions as needed.

Perform testing prior to applying changes to systems to ensure full functionality and integration with all services.

Work with 3rd party vendor and/or directly with end user to resolve specific software issues.

Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, in written and verbal format.

Assist with implementation, configuration, and maintenance of software across Wolters Kluwer.

Create project plan and report project status for all new implementations.

Manage project timelines and deliverables.
