Business Support Management Associate

Global Employee On-boarding & Solutions (“GEOS”) is a function within Business Support Management (BSM) supporting the Global Bank.

As a Business Support Management Associate on the Global Employee On-boarding & Solutions team, you will be accountable for the processing and controls in support of employee movement, troubleshooting system access/entitlement related issues, asset and application provisioning, and real estate moves. You will work closely with respective business managers, senior management, and all related support groups (Business Management, Finance, HR, Real Estate, Compliance, Technology, etc.)

You will need to demonstrate leadership and communication skills, use excellent project management and Excel skills, and be comfortable interacting with all levels of senior management.  

Job Responsibilities: 

Manage and seamlessly execute end to end employee system access   Building and strengthening relationships with hiring managers and key partners in the business Assist with the provisioning of system access, technology, and applications  Work closely with senior leadership to facilitate a wide range of projects and daily work as required Perform a broad range of operational and support functions such as assisting with the execution of real estate moves Enforce a strong control/ compliance environment and continually identify ways to mitigate risk in the daily work

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

3 years of related experience - Strong institutional knowledge of the Commercial Bank Effective interpersonal, communication and influence skills with all organizational levels. Able to work effectively under pressure Excellent judgment, professionalism and maintains confidential information - Exceptional organization, problem solving and process improvement skills Highly proactive with the ability to manage competing priorities and follow through all tasks to ensure closure Consistently role modeling the firm’s values and code of conduct Project management skills to lead an initiative or play a support role on the broader team - Proactive in change management, looking for new ways to enhance the process Strong command of MS office suite of products
