Business Solutions & Enablement - Senior Lead Business Execution Consultant - CIB Markets

In this role, you will:

Define and execute the roadmap for high priority programs focused on Risk, Capital, and P&L with key Trading, Risk, Finance, Quantitative Analytics and Technology partnersEstablish priorities and drive accountability and resolution of complex problems, supported by distilling information into a management friendly, digestible formEnsure cross functional solutions are well designed, integrated and controlled to improve effectiveness, limit risk exposure and create efficiencies as appropriateBuild partnerships across the organization, forming strong relationships with core teams to problem solve  Provide direction to a cross functional team using business expertise and drive the body of work forwardIdentify, manage, and escalate key risks, issues, and dependencies and lead resolution, serving as an experienced advisor to leadershipManage program forums with sponsors and stakeholder leadership, including setting agenda / materials, driving decision making, and ensuring key actions are taken


 

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Experience within CIB Markets, Finance, and RiskStrong leadership, relationship management, influencing and execution skillsAbility to understand and operate successfully in a complex, heavily matrixed corporate environmentExperience planning and organizing cross functional work, building teams, and managing stakeholder groups to drive complex, high-priority efforts through to completionAbility to adapt to changing priorities as the body of work evolves, often on short noticePrior experience consulting or leading regulatory driven initiatives including regulatory and industry engagementExperience driving change of Risk and Finance initiatives with hands-on experience in business process/solution architecture designStrong partnering and collaborating skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management including Sr Leaders and ExecutivesAdvanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Pay Ranges:

New York: $138,500 - $287,600 AnnualCharlotte: $120,000 - $250,000 Annual
