Mentors others on complex and far-reaching technology issues. **What You’ll Do:** + Consults with the internal customer to proactively identify technology solution opportunities that have a broad impact or significant risk to the business. + Prioritizes and manages initiatives for both the business and IT. Partners with IT project team to see projects through implementation. + Gathers high-level business requirements and defines scope during initial discovery through interviews and facilitating cross-functional sessions with partners + Performs root cause analysis and logical solution development in business consumable language, including translating complex and conceptual ideas. + Monitors and ensures solutions are meeting the partner’s expectations. + Tracks ROI for business initiatives including cost, benefits, and risk. + Serves as the liaison between IT and the business on projects and portfolio management. + Performs other duties as assigned. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree and 10 years relevant experience, or + In lieu of education, 14 years relevant experience **What You'll Bring:** + A recognized expert in multiple business functions and relevant technology solutions. + Capable of unique and complex problem solving. + Develops and maintains relationships.
